Due to limited space on board, we require 48 hours advance cancellation notice.  If guests Cancel within 48 hours of their scheduled flight, or fail to show up for the flight, your credit card with be fully charged for the number of spaces reserved and there will be no refund. If guests need to transfer to another day it will be allowed at no additional costs as long as company has available space.

Casual clothing as if you were going for a walk. Closed toed shoes and a hat are highly recommended. Layering is best, as early desert mornings can be cool.

4 to 4.5 hours total time. You’ll be in the air 45 minutes to an hour. Then, we always host a small “champagne celebration”.

Due to insurance requirements, we are not able to accommodate anyone who is pregnant. Participants must be able to stand during the entire flight (45 minutes to an hour). There are no seats in the basket. Unfortunately, our baskets are not wheelchair accessible.

We are not able to accommodate service animals due to space and also due to the hot air balloon burner noise. The noise is sudden and can be very startling for any animal. Additionally, some of our guests are allergic.

Please be sure to give us a cell telephone number so we can confirm the flight and exact meeting time by text the evening before your flight.  We ask that you keep your telephone on the night before your flight, just in case we need to reach you about flight conditions.

A camera or cell phone will photo ability, and your credit card. As well as anything you feel you’ll need while absent from your hotel room.

Ballooning is associated with calm weather conditions. If your flight is cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule your flight. Please leave your cell phone on the night prior to your flight in case of weather updates, or if your pilot needs to contact you.

We don’t have a weight limit for our guests, but due to balloon basket configurations and capacity, we require that participants have the flexibility and ability to climb in and climb out of the basket.

Each balloon has a crew that follows the balloon in a truck and stays in constant contact with the pilot by radio. The crew will meet up upon landing, pack up the balloon and return you to the take-off location for a champagne celebration.
